I would have thought so too. Alas, nope. I still think it is an excellent film, but it is also proof two people can look at a work of art and take away entirely different things.

Still, it wasn't the film that primarily drove him to do what he did. It couldn't possibly have done so in isolation, in and of itself. That much I believe. :)
