I wrote a long comment explaining why I loathe the second Bad Boys film, but it seems to have disappeared. Suffice to say, I stand by my assessment. It's overlong, incoherent, numbing, unfunny, gratuitously violent, sexist, racist, homophobic, and has no artistic justification whatsoever for its existence. I hated it.

The first film, in relative terms, gets a pass from me.
