I'll be honest: As a fairly full-blown INTJ, I've yet to meet an ESFJ with whom I connect. Most of them seem entirely unable to accept my (to them) "otherness" (whereas I'm quite happy to accept them being different to me). But perhaps I've just had bad experiences.
