I'll be honest: I know I allude to personal experiences a bit, and sometimes come out and discuss them, but there is a lot I will never reveal in a public forum. The story I was thinking of here isn't controversial, but it is hugely personal to me, so if I ever discussed it, I'd want to do it properly.

Suffice to say, many of my experiences have been revealed (albeit heavily disguised, and sometimes cloaked in metaphors) in my novels and short stories. :)
