I'm a Christian. I have to say, The Truman Show can also be interpreted as a journey towards salvation, with Christof as the Devil rather than God (remember what he says: If Truman was really determined to break free and learn the truth, he could - which is what I believe as a Christian about those who have yet to find God for themselves).
