I'm also looking forward to Black Widow.
When done well, I love musicals - Top Hat, Singin' in the Rain, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, The Sound of Music, Mary Poppins, Oliver!, Fiddler on the Roof, Cabaret, Moulin Rouge!, and more recently La La Land are all cases in point. But for all it's slickness, this one just left me cold.
If you think we have similar tastes, I'll definitely take that as a compliment. :)
The Third Man is ridiculously good. Just talking about it makes me want to watch it again.
"In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace – and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock."
