I'm completely gutted to lose him, to be honest. I'd hoped he had more films in him, and I'm sure he did (if he could have got them funded). But six months ago, he announced he couldn't leave his house due to a lung related illness (the consequence of years of smoking). I suppose this was inevitable. So sad.
