I'm not sure "the Chosen Decoy" would have been as dramatically satisfying as what we ended up with…

…on of his single-minded execution of his master plan. But what if it was actually part of the plan? What if Rowling had originally planned a story where Harry was thrust into a life of constant peril to prevent the true “chosen one” from being at risk?

I'm not sure "the Chosen Decoy" would have been as dramatically satisfying as what we ended up with (which I have no issue with, by the way, and wouldn't want to change).
