In general, yes, superhero films are now looking increasingly tired and routine (with the notable exception of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse).

But there have been some terrific superhero films over the years. Superman (1978) remains my favourite, with Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy a close second (particularly the first one, Batman Begins). Regarding the Spider-Man films you mention with Tobey Maguire (from 2002, 2004, and 2007), I love the first two, and consider the third flawed but fun. I also enjoy some of the X-Men films, especially X-Men 2, X-Men: First Class, and Logan.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (which began in 2008) is a lot of playful fun for the most part, with a few genuinely outstanding films (including Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Endgame). They were consistently good up to about 2019, and then quality gradually dwindled. In contrast, the recent DC Universe (of which Aquaman is a part), is a wildly inconsistent mess, but it has it's bright spots too - for instance Wonderwoman, and Shazam!

I think I'll stop boring you now. :)
