In the UK, we have a rather more nuanced take on free speech. Essentially you can say what you like, provided there is no incitement to violence or public disorder, etc. That's why groups like the KKK or Westboro Baptist Church aren't allowed here.

It's also why something like the Trump incitement thing would never have happened (one of the reasons anyway). :)
