In which case, you might enjoy my most popular novel (to date), Children of the Folded Valley. Personally, I don't think it's my best book. Some of the early chapters are a bit info-dumpy in places, and I'd take a slightly different approach on the exposition front if I were writing it today, but it is a good representatation of where I was at as a writer circa 2011 (it was released in 2014). I'm still proud of the novel and how well it did. I must have done something right, because it struck a chord in a way none of my other novels have so far, even though I consider my later work far better.
