U2 - Rattle and Hum: Not their best album by a long stretch, but All I Want Is You is absolutely magnificent.

Pet Shop Boys - Actually: Kings Cross is an absolute masterclass in melancholia. It's heartbreaking on so many levels. I love it.

(Pet Shop Boys are often great at finishing with stunning tracks - Why Don't We Live Together?, Jealousy, Go West, Integral, and Vocal also leap to mind).
