Interesting points. It's always great to hear about your professional experience. I've not written screenplays in earnest for some years, though ironically, I have just been commissioned by a production company to write the first draft of a short film - not that there is any guarantee it will develop beyond that point, but it's a decent freelance job.

However, most of my focus remains on my novels. I tend to get my feedback from a very select group (of non-writers, I might add) who are excellent at pointing to areas requiring improvement that I'm blind to. :)
