It annoys me that certain Christians get hot under the dog collar about the date of Jesus's birthday. It's a point of mildly (at best) interesting academic interest, nothing more. If I, as a Christian, choose to celebrate Jesus's birthday in December, what does it matter? As I often said to these twits, the last time I checked I didn't perform any pagan rituals on Christmas Day, or make any human sacrifices, etc. Also, if they decide to start firing rounds of scripture from the hip, there's a whole passage in Colossians chapter 2 that debunks these idiotic ideas, telling everyone to basically chill out and stop pointing figures at people who do or don't celebrate festivals.
