It is sensible to keep wearing a mask until things ease. I wear mine whenever I go to the cinema, even when mandates haven't been in force (at present in the UK, it is merely "encouraged").

The check-in thing is useful to a point as well, but I think it needs to go once cases are down (it has already gone in the UK), as there is legitmate concern over potential for it being abused by power-crazed governments for other reasons.
