It's amazing. But only the extended version made me cry. I liked the two hour cut, but when I saw the full version a few years later, it made a good film great. To paraphrase the Ghost of Christmas Past in Scrooged, when I saw the additional forty-odd minutes snipped out of the third act, "Niagara Falls."
