I've haven't seen it enough times to back up that assertion, but it's an assertion I seldom make. Harrison Ford in Raiders of the Lost Ark is one example (I just can't see Tom Selleck in the role, no matter what Steven and George originally intended). Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry is another.
