I've no idea what TDS is, so I googled it, and apparently it stands for Tenancy Deposit Scheme (at least here in the UK). I'm not precisely sure what relevance accommodation rental has to my previous comment about Trump's lunatic designs on Greenland, but I daresay you can illuminate me further.
