I've not seen Turning Red yet (still furious it isn't in cinemas), but the review being criticised in this article makes for very depressing reading. "Objective journalism" may be an oxymoron, and obviously every reviewer brings their own baggage and preferences, but... damn. This bloke is in clear contravention of points 3, 4, and 5 of my own personal ten commandments of film reviewing (and arguably other points on my list too).
