Let me put it this way: I have a few INFP close friends, who from time to time send me long, spiralling, tangential escalations of overthinking. There is a kind of symphonic artistry to how they do it, though I also understand these inner landscapes bring great pain, despite their beauty and sometimes profundity.
I mark their "overthinks" out of 10, make a few comments on the more absurd worries, and for some reason said friends find this really helps to "ground" their thoughts once more. Not sure why. I'm sure most people would just find it offensive and obnoxious.
