Moonraker is one of the worst Bond films (though not the absolute worst - No Time to Die gets that dubious honour, for the unforgivable ending, followed by Die Another Day and Quantum of Solace rounding out the bottom three). The Moonraker novel is miles better (and nothing like the film).
However, I still have a nostalgic love for Moonraker. Probably because I remember watching it on TV at Christmas as a child. Drax is a decent villain (though Jaws is just silly in this one, lacking the menace he had in The Spy Who Loved Me), and the John Barry score is great. And yes, there are some cracking one liners ("He had a crush on me", "Look after Mr Bond. See that some harm comes to him.", "I think he's attempting re-entry." etc.)
Also, Holly Goodhead. Like Pussy Galore one wonders how the hell they got away with those names.
