Most amusing.

When I was about eleven or twelve, I discovered Tarkovsky on a Channel 4 season (here in the UK). I was mesmerised and urged my classmates to watch. They all thought I was mad and that the films were long, slow, and boring. I thought his films were hypnotic and remarkable. Long and slow, yes, but never boring. Slow doesn't necessarily mean boring. Anyway, that's when I realised I might be a bit "special" (I was a cineaste from a very early age). Hahahahahaha!
