My definition of a musical biopic is this: A fictionalised, fact-based feature film about a musician where the musician(s) in question is played by an actor(s). So I don't think A Hard Day's Night would count on that front, as it features the Beatles themselves. However, it does count as a musical, if that makes sense. :)
