My favourite Hitchcock film. It just gets better every time I watch it. Also my favourite James Stewart performance, and my favourite Bernard Herrmann score. Vertigo is an astonishing film about the horror of being romantically obsessed with something that doesn't exist. So disturbing. I adore this film.
