My judgement of Generation Z is based on those I have met and spoken to in real life, not online. Which basically means my children and their friends. They are all kind and hardworking to a fault, displaying none of the ghastly sanctimonious ill-informed activism stereotypical online, nor any of the whining nonsense they also get accused of.
