My thoughts on Jeremy Clarkson, for what they are worth:

1) I do find him greatly entertaining at times, though he is a bit of a twat, and deserved to be fired when he punched that producer. However, I'll give him this much credit: He knows he is an entertainer, and is self-aware enough to let people see him in a less than flattering light. I don't think he should be "cancelled" in any way, shape, or form for this ridiculous Meghan business. He was just being outspoken and obviously didn't genuinely wish to do what he said, as you point out here.

2) If people are offended by Clarkson, they have only to reach for the off switch.

3) The Clarkson's Farm TV series has brilliantly rasied awareness on how bloody difficult farming is, not to mention brought to light the mountains of red tape and other challenges faced by UK farmers. I have nothing but respect for farmers, and loathe the way they have been demonised by extremist activists, whose strings are doubtless being pulled by the WEF and other odious hypocritical organisations hellbent on controlling us proles.

4) This is my all-time favourite scene from Top Gear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pKcJ-0bAHB4
