…nd nod and not point out that we are morons, because Cinco de Mayo is not Mexican Independence Day. Mexican Independence Day is September 16, a day which passes with as much fanfare in the Lone Star State as Texas Independence Day on March 2 (you didn’t know either of those days, did you?).
