Not entirely sacrilege for this reason: I believe there is a masterpeice in there, somewhere between the Donner and Lester edits of the film. I'd love to recut it personally, and present the best of both versions. As they stand both have serious flaws (especially the Donner cut) but both also have vital elements missing from the other.
