OK - First, you get points for not mentioning Heal the World or Earth Song. Both of those are ghastly beyond belief.

There are some good choices here. Beat It has always been my favourite Michael Jackson song, but the whole of the Thriller album is pretty damn amazing.

My second favourite Michael Jackson song is Dirty Diana. I also love The Way You Make Me Feel from the Bad album.

As for the 1990s, it all gets a lot more hit and miss. There is one absolute masterpiece though: Give in to Me (which also features Guns N' Roses Slash on guitar).
