On a completely serious note: I believe prayer made the Berlin Wall fall. Just prior to the fall, the Christians in East Berlin prayed en masse, then took to the streets, Joshua style, praying for a bloodless revolution, even though they knew they could be arrested. My sister-in-law and her family were among those who did so (they later discovered their home had been bugged by the Stasi). Anyway, I believe this more than any of the political machinations of Reagan and Gorbachev (or Bruce's talents for that matter) tipped the balance.
