Petty, narrow-minded, legalistic, bureaucratic, jumped-up, power-crazed little Hitlers like this drive me insane, and should never, ever be put in positions of power. These are the kinds of imbeciles who follow the rules "because they are the rules" no matter how idiotic they might be. They don't stop to think, and they make everyone's life a misery. Away with them.

I refuse to kowtow to such people and disregard all their rules, unless they are 1) logical or 2) strategically advantageous.
