Regarding the volume, I don't know if some cinemas have bad acoustics, or if certain people have different hearing issues, but I found Tenet to be perfectly intelligible, even if it was loud. Perhaps the cinema where I saw it was simply better aligned, audio wise. That might account for the apparent discrepancy between those who complain about Tenet's apparent audio issues and those who don't.
