Sadly, I think humanity tends to weaponise all technology, and this will be no exception.

Interesting that we're both researching sci-fi pieces at present. Whilst writing my current novel (another gothic mystery) I'm planning a sci-fi piece of my own that also involves cutting edge technology currently in development. :)
