Same here for three reasions: 1) Cinema is my primary interest, and television is always relegated to regretful second choice (and rightly so). 2) Unless we're talking about Doctor Who, much of the time I prefer to wait until a series has finished and I hear from trusted sources it finished well (eg The Wire, Battlestar Galactica, Breaking Bad). I do not intend to waste my life on another Lost, which ended appallingly. 3) My wife acts as a filter for my time as far as television is concerned. Because she knows me best, she knows my tastes. More importantly, she knows which programmes will be instructive to me as a writer. I trust her entirely.
All of which is a long winded way of saying, no, I've not watched any Ted Lasso yet. I daresay I might at some point, depending on point 3.
