Short answer: No. I don't censor anything I write. I'm not on TikTok either.
Slightly longer answer: Speaking in code is nothing new, but whilst I admire those who outwit authoritarian algorithms, it just sounds too damn exhausting to me. Like any writer, I consider my words carefully, but not to censor myself; to make sure I get across what I actually wish to convey. If my words are likely to offend, fine. But only as long as they offend in the manner I intend.
