Short answer: Yes, if you laugh.

Slightly longer answer: I've not watched for some years, but I used to find South Park hilarious. The sheer outrageousness was what made it fun (for me, at least). Not everyone will laugh, but comedy is always subjective and laughter solves all debate, regardless of handwringing from the wrong-then-and-wrong-now brigade.
