Simultaneously hilarious and a scathing condemnation of the utter hypocrisy seen from those wanting books banned (among other things). Brilliant.
Also, the Bible is arguably the most dangerous book on the face of the Earth, because it can (and often is) perverted into a horrible weapon. It must be approached with extreme caution (I say that as a Christian myself).
Although I confess, I didn't censor anything when telling Bible stories at bedtime to my children when they were younger. They tended to get a little raucous, involving a lot of theatrical reeactments. After the head-severing of Goliath and massacre of a thousand Philistines with the jawbone of a donkey, my wife banned me from telling Bible stories at bedtime anymore, as it was "supposed to be calming them so they'll sleep". Hahahahaha!
