Some excellent choices here. Completely with you on Mystery, Solitude, and Walking. I really should have put "South-West Britain" in my list (where I live) because I love the moors, rugged coasts, rural beaches, etc. Plus there's a ton of fascinating local history, mythology, and folklore.
