Some excellent, vital points here. In my previous job, I worked for a company that mercilessly pushed people's boundaries, but I drew clear lines from the start and stuck to them. In the end, after some big arguments, my position was respected. But loads of others didn't stick to their guns and caved under pressure. I'm really glad I don't work there anymore. :)
