Some good points. Personally, I love the romantic comedy genre, and certainly don't tar it with the rather irksome examples you've presented here. But as I said, you do have some good points.
My favourite romantic comedies are invariably from the 1930s and 1940s - Bringing Up Baby, His Girl Friday, It Happened One Night, The Lady Eve, and so on. And my wife refuses to call a film a romantic comedy unless it stars Cary Grant or Katharine Hepburn (ideally both). :)
