Some great wisdom here, and I very much relate concerning what you said about your father. My wife and I both lost our fathers in the last decade; in my case suddenly, and in hers, over a very painful three month illness following a stroke. Both were 70, fit as a fiddle, and in no way thought of as elderly or infirm. It was brutal. But yes - keep moving forward. And we are. Thank you for this piece.
