…e at the store in a crabby mood, but more recently, I had an epiphany: We’re all in the same boat. If I change my attitude when I’m about to bump into someone at a crowded store and smile instead, say, “Excuse me,” or, “Oh, I’m sorry,” and things like that, an amazing thing happens! People smile back! But when I’m crabby, people respond in kind.
