1) Good guilty pleasures, though I think Face/Off is possibly too good for that list.

2) Heat would be in a heist movie list (see my comment to Paul Combs) but yes, ti still qualifies here.

4) Of the Bond films you mention, I most like On Her Majesty's Secret Service and Casino Royale. :)

5) I'd put Zulu on a war films list.

6) Runaway Train is a particularly good shout. An underrated gem.
