Thank you. Yes, the prequels are largely rubbish. A pale shadow of the sublime original trilogy.

I must confess, the age gap thing doesn't really bother me as I don't feel they massively foreshadow any romance in a creepy way in The Phantom Menace. Don't get me wrong - it is still a rubbish film. But by the time we get to Attack of the Clones, everyone is over 18, so who cares?

I know a lot of people in very happy relationships with age gaps (including my younger brother, who's wife is twelve years older than him). I actually read an article recently that sums up my thoughts on this matter (here, if you're interested).
