The only correct and sensible answer. I have a particular loathing for faddy diets, whether they are vegan, keto, or whatever. Just listen to your body and eat what you crave when you are hungry then stop. It is astonishing how modern life and dieting culture has screwed up such obvious principles. Diets are pseudo-science that are frequently debunked and disproved, designed purely to make profits for those who sell diet products. Don't dance to their tune.
Also, take plenty of exercise and drink loads of water.
