The only sensible thing to do with the eye cancer that is Reddit (and any section of the internet which blithers over Rowling in this ridiculous way) is to ignore it with extreme prejudice and give these lily-livered twits no more oxygen of attention. I suspect they represent a tiny minority and that most people are sick to the back teeth of their nonsense.
