The sex robot thing has been predicted in science fiction in everything from Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? (which became Blade Runner on film) to AI: Artificial Intelligence, and more recently TV series Humans. I always knew it would become a reality - with all the implications you point out here - and depressingly, here we are.
