The thing is, I love a good monster movie. The original King Kong, Jurassic Park, Ray Harryhausen's films, etc are all firm favourites, and last year's Godzilla Minus One even ended up on my ten best films of the year list. But this one, whilst not the worst I've ever seen, certainly shouldn't bother anyone except Godzilla completists.
