There are not adequate words to express how much I loathe reductive star review culture for things like delivery services and so on (as well as businesses in general). It drives me absolutely insane and I refuse, point blank, to participate in it.

The amount of dumb shit one is presented with these days in this respect staggers me. Rating delivery drivers, for instance. They either deliver the package or they don't. Who gives an airborne fornication what their demeanour was like? Absolute madness.

And yes - if you are going to rate delivery drivers and whatnot (though I refuse to be part of this system) then give them five stars if they do the job, because they are persecuted by moronic middle managers who probably have some half-arsed degree in "management" having never done a delivery job in their lives. These managers don't have insane targets to hit that mean they have to pee into bottles on the go, etc, etc. It's dehumanising, Dickensian nonsense and the whole system needs to fuck right off.
