There are plenty of things that are great about America (I'm very pro-America for all sorts of reasons), and it is in everyone's interest for America to be successful and prosperous. But sometimes that does mean change due to different challenges in different times. The right to bear arms was written at a time when homesteaders were under attack. And I just don't see why lack of state funded healthcare could ever be seen as a good thing.
